* All animals sold as captive bred, will be feeding and outwardly healthy in appearance unless notherwise noted. All wild caught/imported animals will be treated once with antiparasitic medications prior to being sold.

* Live arrival guaranteed when shipped Delta Dash and picked up within 2 hours of arrival. Please inspect shipment and make any necessary claims with the carrier. YOU MUST NOTIFY US OF ANY PROBLEMS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT WITH ANY PROBLEMS OR DISCREPENCIES. Live arrival is not guaranteed for temps below 40F or above 90F.

* Prices do not include shipping. A $25 box charge will be added to all venomous reptile orders under $500. Prices are subject to change.

* Venomous reptiles will not be knowingly sold or shipped anywhere they may be prohibited. These animals are not sold to minors or to residents of areas where they are prohibited. Check your local and state laws before placing an order. We will check your state's laws and may require a copy of your drivers license for verification. For states with a permiting system, A copy of your permit should be included with your payment, as we will not ship until the permit is on file with us.

* We reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone for any reason deemed by us. We will ask for references if we do not know you.

Payment:
Payment must be received in full before any animal is shipped. Payment must be made in U.S. funds. U.S. Postal money orders, cashier's checks or Paypal accepted. All venomous shipped via Delta Dash only, Ask for current shipping charges, plus box charge of $25 for all orders under $500.
